Roles and instructions
Raptor Manga LLC uses account, billing, support and security information to operate the service. When you upload personal information in footage for editing, you determine the intended use and give us instructions through the studio. We process it to store, transcribe, suggest edits, render, deliver, delete and support your work. You are responsible for the permissions and notices needed for your upload.
These terms do not authorize selling customer information, sharing private footage for advertising, shared-model training, automatic social posting or use unrelated to the requested service. Additional regulated-data processing or a separately signed enterprise data-processing agreement is outside this initial offer. Contact support before uploading data subject to special contractual or regulatory requirements.
Information involved
Processing may involve account and workspace details, billing references, permission records, video, audio, images, speech, transcripts, captions, timestamps, editing revisions, render results, support messages and security records. People in authorized recordings may include staff, creators, guests and performers. We do not provide face identification, voice identification or stored biometric identity profiles.
Access and security
Access is limited to authorized workspace members and service administration. The backend checks identity, role and ownership for customer operations. Separate database roles, tenant-scoped policies, protected media routes, secure sessions, upload validation, service-token separation and encrypted database checkpoints protect the workflow. TLS protects supported connections in transit. We do not claim that every media file is encrypted at rest or that these controls eliminate security or copyright risks.
Service providers
- Optional Google Drive import
- Drive imports are behind a separate workspace allowlist and still require Google-provider verification. When enabled, the customer separately connects Drive and chooses individual files in Google Picker. This does not expand Google sign-in permissions. Files are copied to the clipping backend; the website does not proxy large file bodies. Disconnecting removes locally stored Drive credentials and attempts provider revocation, but does not delete imported copies.
- Managed website hosting
- OpenAI Sites hosts the website with a Cloudflare runtime. Website requests and authenticated requests handled by that hosting layer can contain account and workspace information. A ChatGPT account is not the intended customer sign-in method.
- Network and bot protection
- Cloudflare provides the configured network tunnel and website security services. Turnstile is the configured public sign-in challenge when public authentication is enabled. Network/security processing is separate from optional analytics.
- Clipping backend and storage
- OVHcloud provides the VPS used for the database, transcription, rendering, uploaded media and exports. Access is through the clipping service, not a public media bucket. Provider operations and recovery copies can involve processing outside the United States; we do not offer a specific data-residency guarantee. We do not claim that all data stays in the United States or that every stored file is encrypted at rest.
- Google sign-in
- The separate Raptor Google connection requests identity, email and profile, not Gmail, Drive or YouTube access. Google availability depends on the provider’s account and consent requirements. Email-code sign-in is separate. Google verifies the chosen account; the clipping service stores the verified identity needed for its own session and workspace authorization.
- Email delivery
- Resend delivers sign-in and recovery codes from our dedicated mail subdomain. It receives the destination email and message needed for delivery. Delivery depends on provider acceptance, sending limits and the recipient’s mail service. These messages are for account access, not marketing.
- Payments
- Stripe provides hosted checkout, payment processing, receipts and the billing portal. It receives information needed to process and administer your purchase. The clipping service uses billing identifiers and transaction records; card entry belongs to Stripe’s hosted checkout, not the clipping editor. Any expressly labeled Sandbox checkout is a test and does not charge real money.
- Optional analytics
- Google Analytics is configured for selected public pages, subject to the separate analytics choice described in the privacy notice. Private editing routes and customer media are excluded from the application’s analytics events.
- AI processing
- The tested transcription/render workflow uses models and tools on the clipping worker. Paid external AI assistance is disabled. Enabling an external model requires an identified provider, disclosed data use and separate cost controls; it does not authorize shared training on customer footage.
Requests and incidents
Use Help in the studio or clips-admin@raptormanga.com for access, correction, deletion, account-export or security requests. We verify the relevant account and scope before disclosing information or acting. Do not email passwords or unrequested private footage. For confirmed incidents we investigate, restrict affected access, preserve relevant evidence and notify affected parties where required.
Retention and return
The privacy notice explains file deadlines, support retention, account closure, required records and backup limitations. Download your originals and finished work before deleting a workspace. Cancellation alone does not delete an account. A deletion request and its completion receipt are separate events; relevant holds and retained records are explained in the deletion flow.
Location and availability
The initial service accepts U.S. customers. The website, network, identity, email and payment providers may process data in different countries; a U.S. business address is not a promise of U.S.-only storage. This release does not offer a data-residency guarantee or enable international customer checkout. We identify a material new processing provider or purpose before enabling it for customer footage.
